The Tashir Group participated in the International Retail Real Estate Exhibition (REX 2017) supported by the Russian Council of Shopping Centers at the Moscow-based Expocenter hall on April 25-27, 2017.

Retail Real Estate Exhibition (REX) is the largest trade show and forum in Russia and the CIS dedicated to retail property as well as the major networking venue bringing together all the industry stakeholders. Over the past 14 years, REX has a showcase of the recent cutting edge projects or those that are still in the pipeline, a platform where participants and guests can discuss market trends and prospects. This year, the forum drew industry leaders from both Russia and around the world.

This is not the first time that the Tashir Group has taken part in the exhibition. With more than 19 years of experience in development, it leads the market in terms of comprehensive management of commercial property. The Group’s portfolio features some 70 sites of commercial property, with 40 of them as fully operational shopping and recreation centers or those under construction on the territory of Russia and Armenia.  

REX-2017 marked the launch of a new series of landmark projects for the Tashir Group like the construction and subsequent management of shopping malls on the territory of four Moscow transport hubs – Troparyovo, Pyatnitskoye Shosse, Park Pobedy, and Seligerskaya.

The exhibition also displayed the Group’s success stories like the RIO federal chain, Raikin Plaza, Erevan Plaza, and the 2016 highlight, Avenue South-West, and many others which have been praised for providing a complete family recreation as well as shopping experience.

As the leading Russian developer, the Tashir Group views its presence at REX 2017 as an opportunity to present its new projects, share its expertise with the leading players of the Russian and international retail sector and exchange new ideas.
