Samvel Karapetyan is the second richest russian rentier, according to Forbes

Forbes magazine has published its annual rating of Russia’s largest commercial real estate owners. Samvel Karapetyan, President of Tashir Group, was ranked second in the list of the most significant rentiers. “2013 was the year of both large and expensive deals on the commercial real estate market,” Forbes notes. In 2013, Tashir Group received a total of USD960 million of rental income, increasing its results by USD240 million YoY and moving its owner another step up the Forbes rating.

The company intends to further strengthen its leadership on the commercial real estate market and advance its development in both Moscow and regions of Russia.
