Tashir Group will be the general contractor for the second construction phase of a multifunctional complex of the Moscow Oleg Tabakov Theatre, with a total area of 19 600 square metres. The multifunctional complex, which is scheduled to accommodate the legendary Moscow theatre (nicknamed 'The Snuffbox'), has been under construction since 2007; and from September 2014, Tashir is leading the whole complex to completion, in accordance with the programme approved by Mosgosekspertiza.
The complex includes the main building of the Oleg Tabakov Theatre with an auditorium for 368 seats, a technical and administrative building, and underground parking for 267 cars. Previously, Tashir Group completed the first construction phase, together with the development of the surrounding area, façade and roofing works, and undertook work on technical equipment for the complex.
Currently, Tashir Group is in negotiations concerning the reconstruction of the Moscow Satiricon theatre named after Arkady Raikin.
