Samvel Karapetyan: A leader of Forbes rentier rating

Forbes has published its annual rating of Russia’s largest commercial real estate owners “Kings of Russia’s Real Estate 2016.” Samvel Karapetyan, President and founder of Tashir Group, has yet again retained his leading position in the list of Russia’s most significant rentiers. He is ranked third with USD610 million of rental income.

The latest Forbes rating includes 30 owners of commercial real estate located in Russia, ranked by the income they could have got in 2015 from the real estate owned by them.

As of end of 2015, Tashir Group managed 51 commercial real estate objects with 2.5+ million sq m GBA.
