Samvel Karapetyan is one of the three most influential people on the Russian market

Tashir Group’s President and founder Samvel Karapetyan is one of the three (the second from the top) most influential owners of commercial real estate in Russia, according to CRE-100 rating. The rating was published in the annual special issue of a key industry publication CRE.

Mr. Karapetyan and Tashir have remained near the top of the list since 2014.

Vitaly Yefimkin, Tashir’s Senior Vice President, was listed among the top five most influential developers of retail real estate—he holds the fourth position, two places higher in rating.

Commercial Real Estate’s new rating CRE-100 is based on an assessment of the activity level and success of people and companies in the industry. The latest rating spans 2015-beginning of 2016. 100 VIPs of this Russian market are grouped in 11 categories such as administration, managing companies etc.
