Tashir group to launch new restaurant projects in Moscow

Tashir Group continues to expand its food retail portfolio with two new projects at its own mall in Moscow—Kvartal restaurant and Le Mélange café cum candy shop. The investments total about 300 mln rubles.

The first of the new restaurants, Kvartal, began serving popular dishes from the new pan-Asian and Italian cuisine at Avenue South-West mall in November. The restaurant can seat 140 guests and features a laconic black-and-white interior. The second project in the same mall, Le Mélange, offers a broad selection of confectionery and pastry from its own bakery. The 130 sq m-large café in an eclectic style makes use of recognizable Art Deco elements.

Tashir has been actively expanding in catering since 1999. The Group now operates 16 restaurants, the majority of them in Moscow. The best-known are Seasons network, Aragvi, D.O.M. restaurant complex in Sochi etc. The holding also incorporates Grand Food company which manages over 110 fast-food restaurants in and beyond Russia.
