Avenue Southwest has won the 2017 Russian Council of Shopping Centers Award in the Current Shopping Center category for medium-sized malls.
The award ceremony took place at the Moscow Central Hippodrome. The RCSC Award is one of the most prestigious awards in commercial real estate. The jury of Russian and international experts annually acknowledges best implemented shopping center concepts.
“This is the first award for one of our latest projects, Avenue Southwest. We have grand plans. Our team has been working on this object since the construction stage to create a new, modern and memorable project. We are grateful for the award and for recognition, which proves we are on the right track,” Tashir Management CEO Viktor Grigoryan said, receiving the award.
The Avenue Southwest shopping center on Prospekt Vernadskogo, near the Yugo-Zapadnaya Metro station, is a multilevel building with an area of approximately 85,000 square meters, with six floors and a three-level parking for 1,000 vehicles. The center was designed with international standards in mind and with a view to making it comfortable for visitors. The Avenue Southwest concept is based on the presence of popular brands and features a mix of leading operators, about 250 tenants representing international and nationwide retail chains. As usual, these include Tashir Group restaurants and entertainment facilities.
