Tashir Group continues to diversify its portfolio and launch new projects in retail and development. On April 15, the group opened a new project, coworking space Atmosfera in southwestern Moscow. Investments in the project amounted to $3 million.
Atmosfera is part of the RIO shopping mall on Leninsky Prospekt. The coworking space where anybody can rent a fully equipped workplace is located in Obruchevsky District, one of Moscow’s most densely populated areas. The area is 1,700 m² and has 153 workplaces. In addition, there are 19 mini offices, conference rooms, a recreational area, and a conference hall for 90 people.
Sarkis Karapetyan, first vice president, said, “As the number of companies and specialists working remotely keeps growing, this creates demand for public working environment. Coworking spaces are a modern and natural response to this demand of the market. This project specifically will support Russian start-ups and help up-and-coming specialists and entrepreneurs launch their businesses”.
What makes this project especially attractive is that it is conveniently located near three Moscow metro stations – Prospekt Vernadskogo, Yugo-Zapadnaya and Kaluzhskaya – and several universities and research centers. Atmosfera, open 24/7, with its free parking and up-to-date equipment, makes for the most comfortable and convenient space for working or creating.
The special feature of this coworking space will be special educational events, including weekly lectures, business breakfasts and other activities aimed at helping people master new professional skills and establish business contacts.
Tashir Group has prior experience in launching such projects: in 2016, Deworkacy coworking space opened on the premises of the Krasny Oktyabr factory. It quickly grew in popularity among start-up companies at different stages of development and companies who have employees working remotely.
