Family Room furniture center wins 2019 CRE Award

On April 18, Moscow hosted the 2019 Commercial Real Estate Awards ceremony, one of the key annual events in the industry.

The CRE Golden Brick is awarded annually to the best retail and office facilities, warehouses, hotels, multipurpose centers, as well as consultants, operators, developers and parties involved in biggest deals on the commercial real estate market.
Tashir Group’s Family Room furniture center in Moscow won the Best Retail Real Estate award in the Redevelopment category.

Company representatives came on stage to receive the award. Family Room marketing director Nadezhda Afanasyeva thanked the jury and said it is always a great honor to be recognized by the industry. Tashir Management regional director Vladimir Velitsyan added that the award would inspire the Tashir team to pursue new achievements.

Family Room, redeveloped from the Rumyantsevo RIO shopping center, is one of Moscow’s largest furniture centers, bringing together over 100 furniture and home improvement stores, offering an extremely broad range of products, from quality economy models to luxurious limited edition furniture and designer collections. Family Room is first in Tashir Group’s new chain of furniture centers. More centers will open in the near future.
