The 30th edition of MIPIM, an annual international real estate trade show, kicked off in Cannes, France, on March 12. As Russia’s leading developer, Tashir Group exhibits its current infrastructure projects in Moscow at the event.
As part of the Moscow Government’s display, Tashir will showcase the multipurpose complexes it will build for Moscow’s transport hubs Park Pobedy, Seligerskaya, Vykhino, Troparyovo .
Moscow Deputy Mayor for urban development and construction Marat Khusnullin, Russia’s Ambassador to France Aleksei Meshkov, Reed MIDEM President Paul Zilk and other dignitaries gave speeches at the opening of Moscow’s pavilion.
“Moscow has been participating in MIPIM almost from the time it was established. We always present our cutting-edge urban development programs to European investors. This 30th MIPIM is no exception. At Moscow’s pavilion, the visitors can see our leading development programs: the housing renovation program, the industrial zone reorganization program, the program to integrate the underdeveloped areas along the banks of the Moscow River, and, of course, our ambitious programs developing transport infrastructure: the Metro, railroads and transport hubs,” Marat Khusnullin said at the opening ceremony.
The transport hubs will be an important step in enhancing Moscow’s transport infrastructure, providing passengers with safe and comfortable interchanges between different types of transport. As a key advantage, these complexes will not be limited to the transport component but instead will integrate it with public, business, entertainment and commercial areas offering various services to passengers.
As usual, MIPIM takes place at the Palais de Festivals et de Congrès in Cannes, bringing together representatives from various segments of the international real estate market. This year, over 26,000 participants from 100 countries will attend this leading event for real estate professionals and investors. The exhibition will continue until March 15.
