SK Royal Hotel Opened in Moscow

Tashir Group has announced commissioning of its four-star SK Royal Hotel in Moscow. Tashir was the sole developer of the 25-storey building that it will also manage. Project investments totaled USD 50 mln.

The new hotel with the GBA of approx. 20K sq m is set to become the 7th hotel project to be realized by the Group, and its first SK Royal network branded project. Tashir is planning to further develop this cooperation.SK Royal is located at the crossing of Dmitrovskoe Highway and the Moscow Ring Road, making Sheremetyevo airport accessible in 30 mins and Moscow’s largest exhibition area Crocus Expo even quicker, by devoted shuttles. The hotel boasts 160 spacey rooms divided into five categories and covering 35 to 120 sq m, each offering a plasma with interactive TV, air conditioning, an electronic safe box, mini bar and free-of-charge Wi-Fi. The rooms with sleeping, working and guest zones are up to the highest design and technical standards with panoramic windows bringing as much natural light as possible.

The hotel invites its guests to also visit its restaurant and the lobby bar. While staying at SK Royal, they can enjoy its round-the-clock room service and free parking lot. SK Royal’s conference centre includes five halls, 70 to 300 sq m, fully equipped for business events. Moreover, guests have access to the rich infrastructure of the nearby RIO mall to feature a multitude of stores, cafés and restaurants, Cinema Star multiplex and kids’ entertainment centre PlayLab.
