RIO - Leninsky crowned best shopping centre at the CRE Moscow Awards 2014

At the 11th annual Moscow Commercial Real Estate Awards 2014, the RIO shopping centre on Leninsky Prospekt was recognised as the best shopping centre in the 'medium' sized category. The awards included existing commercial property built in 2013, as well as transactions for scheduled property dated in 2013.

The jury included about 300 investors, developers, architects, and appraisers of the commercial real estate market. At the gala awards dinner, the symbol of victory – a golden brick - was received by Viktor Grigoryan, general director of the Tashir Management Company, on behalf of Tashir Group, who thanked the jury for appreciating the RIO-Leninsky shopping centre at its true value, as well as the whole team involved in the project. The gala awards dinner was held on April 24 in Moscow and was attended by approximately 700 guests - the leading players in the commercial real estate market.
