Tashir Group enters the Yaroslavl residential real estate market with a 15-hectare development. The project of the Sokolniki comfort class residential complex will include twelve apartment buildings with a total area of more than 270,000 square metres, with both aboveground and underground parking, together with all necessary social infrastructure. Tashir is planning to complete the integrated development by the end of 2017.

The Sokolniki residential complex will be located in the Frunzinsky area of Yaroslavl, at the intersection of Frunze Avenue and Chernoprudnaya street within the existing residential cluster with developed infrastructure and convenient transportation access.

The Sokolniki construction project includes the building of an ensemble of twelve separate residential apartment buildings with non-residential commercial facilities on the ground floors. The 1-, 2 - and 3-bedroom apartments ranging from 44 to 88 square metres will be launched with original finishing. The buildings are erected in compliance with modern brick-monolithic construction technology; each is designed individually, but corresponds to the unified architectural style. Among the advantages of the building are autonomous gas heating and ceramic facade cladding of all apartments within the complex.

The project also includes the construction of social facilities, landscaping, disabled access and playgrounds, together with above and underground parking.

Currently, Tashir Group leads the construction of the first nine-storey building containing 358 apartments. Off plan sales commenced following receipt of the project contract in July 2014. The pricing was calculated based upon the specifics of the project and the current average market price of residential real estate in Yaroslavl, at the initial stage this amounts to 49,000 roubles per square metre.

Deferred payment programmes and mortgages have been provided. In parallel, construction of the second building has reached the design and planning stage. Since 2005, Tashir Group has also been successfully developing commercial real estate projects in Yaroslavl, and currently manages the RIO shopping centre on Tutaev Highway (launched in 2011); RIO on Moskovsky Avenue (launched in 2008); and Pharaoh (launched in 2005); as well as the SK Royal hotel (launched in 2012).
