Tashir leads in new space commissioning in 2013

According to Kommersant, INFOLine Developer Russia TOP-100 ranked Tashir Group as an absolute leader in retail space commissioning. In 2013, Tashir Group commissioned five shopping centres with the GBA of about 260K sq m. In its review of Russian retail real estate owners, Kommersant notes Tashir is one of the country’s largest retail real estate owners with its portfolio totaling 755K sq m of rentable space by the end of 2013.

INFOLine Developer Russia TOP-100 confirms Tashir Group retained its second ranking among the country’s leading developers in 2013. According to the rating, in 2013 Russia saw commissioning of over 100 shopping centres with the total GBA of 3.7 million sq m and GLA at 2.5 million sq m.
