Tashir launches sales in a new residential complex

Tashir Group has announced the launch of sales with exclusive panoramic views and terraces in Onyx Deluxe, a new premium residential complex in the Cheryomushki borough in southwestern Moscow.

Onyx Deluxe, located on Khersonskaya Street, is a an apartment complex of three section, with varying number of stories (32, 26 and 32). The total area of the complex is 64,000 square meters. Its architectural plan and design are unique, developed specifically for this project. The complex consists of 540 apartments with the areas between 44 and 170 square meters, as well as five exclusive offers: apartments with panoramic terraces of 20 to 40 square meters. Construction is to be completed by the end of 2019.

Onyx Deluxe infrastructure includes everything necessary for comfortable and secure lifestyle: a secure perimeter, CCTV cameras and a guarded entrance. Residents and visitors will have an underground parking lot for 654 cars available to them. The complex will have a grocery supermarket and basic services: dry cleaners, a pharmacy, a mobile store and a restaurant. In addition, the complex will have educational and entertainment centers: a language school and a dancing studio. A daycare center for 115 children with unique certified development programs and a 10-meter swimming pool is available in the neighborhood.

The Cheryomushki borough, where Onyx Deluxe is located, has plenty of infrastructure and is easily accessible by different kinds of transport. Southwestern Moscow has plenty of parks, pedestrian areas, educational centers, athletic venues and entertainment facilities. The apartment complex is located close to the Vorontsovo estate standing next to a 40-hectare park, as well as the Bitsevsky forest about 10 kilometers long.
