Tashir Group announces a new construction project which will see a commercial building, combining retail space and offices, built in southern Moscow. The building will replace an unfinished construction project from the 1990s. A total of $90 million will be invested in the project.
The retail and office complex will be built at 3 Elektrolitny Proyezd, near the Nagornaya Metro Station. The construction site is about 1.5 hectares, with the building footprint of 4,900 sq.m. The terraced building will have four levels of retail space and six level of offices with a combined area of 25,200 sq.m. The leased space will amount to 18,000 sq. m, which includes 12,000 sq.m of retail space and 6,000 sq.m of office space.
A modern architectural solution using stained glass will be used for the building. All levels will be accessible for people with limited mobility. Also, the area around the plaza will be landscaped with asphalt pathways, sidewalks, trees and bushes.
For visitors and tenants’ convenience, the complex will have an underground parking for 123 cars.
