Tashir Group will continue its traditon of support of the Moscow Urban Forum, organized by the Government of Moscow. Tashir will serve as the forum’s Special Partner, and the event title this year is Moscow as a Dynamic Metropolis: Flexible Management Practices.

Tashir Group has begun construction of a comfort-class aparthotel in downtown Yaroslavl—complete with an infrastructure. Six hotel buildings of varying height and GBA around 43K sq m will be erected along with community objects, and the territory will be landscaped.

Global retail and brand consultancy FITCH has developed a new brand identity for Tashir Group in its first rebranding since the company was founded in 1999.

Tashir Group is constructing Europe’s largest perinatal and cardiological centre in Europe—ahead of schedule, which may bring commissioning date substantially closer. Tashir is the project’s general contractor and began the works early in 2015.

Tashir Group and Inter RAO have signed an agreement of sale and purchase of electric energy assets in Armenia. The deal was already approved by the Armenian Government and will be closed after the decision of Public Service Regulatory Commission.

The Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has conferred upon Tashir Group’s CEO Samvel Karapetyan the For Service to the Fatherland order, First class, for his valuable assistance in the organization and staging of the program of the Centennial Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

Tashir Group has traditionally been entered in the annual ranking of 200 largest private companies of Russia made up by Forbes, the leading financial and economic magazine (October 2015 issue, or #139), based on 2014 results.

Tashir Group is ranked in the 2015 Russia’s Top 500 private companies. The ranking was first published in RBC magazine, October 2015 issue. Tashir with its 134 billion rubles revenue in 2014 was ranked 67th, showing the best results among Russian commercial property developers.

Tashir Group has announced technical opening of the 21st RIO mall. The new RIO shopping centre in Tver with the GBA of 45.5K sq m will become the city's first conceptual mall comprising some of the leading federal and international brands. There are over 90 tenants working in the mall.

Tashir Group has started a reconstruction and modernization project of Satirikon, a Russian state theatre named after Arkady Raikin. The famous Moscow theatre will soon be renewed and uniquely equipped to become one of the most advanced performance venues in all the capital. The revived Satirikon will greet its guests in 2017.
