Tashir Group has opened a new furniture center of the nationwide Family Room chain in Arkhangelsk. It is one of the largest furniture complexes in the region.

On June 24, Tashir Group opened Kvartal WEST, a new multipurpose complex located at 6 Aminyevskoye Shosse. This modern center was built in place of an abandoned construction project in Moscow’s Ochakovo-Matveyevskoye borough. The new complex has brought along a number of infrastructure facilities which will now be available to all the local residents. Tashir Group invested a total of about 20 billion rubles in the project.

On June 1, Tashir Group reopened all of its shopping centers in Moscow – RIO Leninsky, RIO Sevastopolsky, RIO Dmitrovskoye Shosse, Avenue Southwest, Raikin Plaza, Yerevan Plaza, Europark, Dirizhabl, Family Room design centers on Kievskoye and Leningradskoye Highways and Bukhta.

Logistic LLC, part of Tashir Group, has won the contract to build the Timiryazevskaya-1 transport hub in Moscow. The company plans to build a multipurpose center as part of the project.

Tashir Group plans to complete Stage II of the RIO shopping center in Tambov in Q3 2020. The new building will almost double the mall’s total area, bringing it to 58,000 sq.m. and making RIO the largest shopping center in Tambov Province.

Tashir Group is ranked second in the 2020 Kings of Russian Real Estate list put together by Forbes.

This year, Tashir Group continued strengthening its positions in core business areas. The group’s total revenue in 2019 amounted to 181 billion rubles.

RBC has listed Tashir Group among Russia’s Top 500 private companies in 2019 with a revenue of 172 billion rubles.

On September 16, Forbes released its annual ranking of Russia’s Top 200 private companies (see Issue #10, 2019). The list includes Tashir Group with a revenue of 172 billion rubles in 2018, which is 4.9% higher than a year earlier.

July 5 saw the conclusion of the business program of the Moscow Urban Forum, a key annual event in urban development. For the eighth year, Tashir Group was the forum’s general partner. The title of this year’s business program was “Quality of Life: Projects for a Better City.”
