Kommersant has included Tashir Group in its annual ranking of Russia’s top 600 companies (see Issue #180, October 3, 2019).

RBC has listed Tashir Group among Russia’s Top 500 private companies in 2019 with a revenue of 172 billion rubles.

On September 16, Forbes released its annual ranking of Russia’s Top 200 private companies (see Issue #10, 2019). The list includes Tashir Group with a revenue of 172 billion rubles in 2018, which is 4.9% higher than a year earlier.

The 2019 Pan-Armenian Summer Games opened on August 6 with a ceremony at Stepan Shaumian Stadium, the competition’s main venue, in Stepanakert, the capital city of Artsakh. Tashir Group is the general sponsor of the Games. The slogan of the 7th Pan-Armenian Summer Games is “Unity through sports.”

Tashir Estate has announced the launch of sales in Stellar City, a business class residential community in Skolkovo. The project consists of seven building with a varying number of stories and offers a broad range of layouts with areas from 30.6 to 79.6 square meters. The first building is expected to be commissioned in 2020, and by the middle of 2022 the entire project will be completed. The community’s total area is 19 hectares.

July 5 saw the conclusion of the business program of the Moscow Urban Forum, a key annual event in urban development. For the eighth year, Tashir Group was the forum’s general partner. The title of this year’s business program was “Quality of Life: Projects for a Better City.”

CRE has published its 2019 rankings of the most influential people on Russia’s commercial real estate market. Based on Tashir Group’s performance in 2018 and early 2019, Tashir President and founder Samvel Karapetyan made it into Top 3 of the most influential commercial real estate owners list. Also, Tashir Group First Vice President Sarkis Karapetyan makes his debut this year, joining Top 5 of the most influential developers list.

Capital Finance International (CFI.co), an international financial magazine, has named Electric Networks of Armenia the best energy provider in the Caucasus in 2019.

The Tashir Group Commercial Real Estate Department is conducting a scheduled rotation in the group’s shopping centers.

The RIO center on Dmitrovskoye Shosse had 15 new openings in Q1 of 2019, which means the center now has 187 operators and is being used at 86 percent of its full capacity.

On April 18, Moscow hosted the 2019 Commercial Real Estate Awards ceremony, one of the key annual events in the industry.

The CRE Golden Brick is awarded annually to the best retail and office facilities, warehouses, hotels, multipurpose centers, as well as consultants, operators, developers and parties involved in biggest deals on the commercial real estate market.
