RIO in Tula Opened

A new RIO Mall opening—this time in Tula—has been announced by Tashir Group. The new shopping and entertainment centre, part of the federal RIO network, with the GBA of 25 sq m combines a shopping gallery with many stores by the largest international and federal brands as well as a wealth of entertainment options.

Tashir Group has been the single executor of all project stages. Design, development, and brokerage were all fulfilled by the Group. Tashir has invested a total of USD 40 mln in the project. A structural division of Tashir Group will be entrusted with mall management and maintenance.

The new RIO is located just outside the historical centre of the city, in Proletarskaya Street. The mall is perfectly accessible by public transport with key routes crossing in its vicinity and a stop for buses, trolley-buses and shuttle taxies being right in front of its main entrance. The guests can also enjoy a 300-car parking lot.

RIO’s anchors include Spar food supermarket, Nash Dom household goods hypermarket, Eldorado home electronic appliances store, and a two-hall Cinema Star.
Shopping gallery tenants include L’Etoile, Nike, Sela, Incanto, Tvoe, Gloria Jeans, Springfield, Lady Collection, New Yorker, O’Stin, and many more.

New RIO’s entertainment zone, beside Cinema Star, features a play centre, a bowling alley, a food court, and a restaurant.
