Tashir announces the opening of a new large-scale catering project in Moscow’s South-West: Seasons Restaurant, with an area of over 1,000 square metres, opened in the RIO Shopping and Entertainment Centre which also belongs to Tashir Group.

Tashir Group kicks off two projects in creating unique exotic zoos (exoparks) on the territory of RIO Malls in Dmitrovskoe Highway (Moscow) and RIO in St. Petersburg. The unique concept, unparalleled in Russia, will build on the success of the aquarium that Tashir Group opened in 2011 within RIO Mall in Dmitrovskoe Highway.

September 24, Stepanakert saw ceremonious commissioning and opening of a new Sarkis and Amalia Karapetyan Republican Medical Centre. The clinic with the GBA of about 10,000 sq m is uniquely designed and constructed, equipped with advanced diagnostic and surgical appliances unsurpassed in the whole of Trans-Caucasus, and will serve all people of Nagorny Karabakh Republic (NKR).

Tashir group of companies keeps expanding its presence and announces a purchase of land in Penzenskaya region in order to develop a greenhouse complex, which will be the biggest in the region. The Group has invested 6.5 billion roubles in the project.

On September 19th, Tashir Group held an opening ceremony for Raikin Plaza Shopping and Entertainment Centre that forms part of the new Raikin Culture, Arts, and Leisure Centre. This amazing, 1960s-themed event attracted over 30,000 people.

On September 17th, during the ceremonial consecration of the Cathedral Church and the opening of the Temple Complex of the New-Nakhichevan and Russian Episcopate of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Samvel Karapetyan, the president of Tashir Group, received the Church's – the order of Saint Gregory the Illuminator.

The opening ceremony of RIO shopping centre in Leninsky Prospekt will take place on September 14th. Tashir Group is its investor, constructor and consultant. The new shopping centre has become an outlet for 'first runs' from the Russian and international retail industry.

September 19, Tashir Group will celebrate the official opening of the new shopping and entertainment centre Raikin Plaza within the Raikin Center of Culture, Art and Leisure. The project brokerage took place during construction; thanks to that, by the technical commissioning date, 95% spaces had signed tenant contracts, and by the grand opening, vacancy was no more than 15%.

A new Culture, Arts, and Leisure Complex named after A. Raykin, built by Tashir Group, has opened in Moscow. As of now, the following buildings have been fully constructed and commissioned: the graduate school of performing arts, and a state-of-the-art open air theatre.

According to the recently published Commercial Real Estate Companies Rating 2013, Tashir is the Number One developer in Russia in the area of retail property. The rating is based on 2012 year-end data of leading developers.
