Fora Bank has confirmed its status of one of the safest banks in Russia by being listed among Russia’s 100 most reliable banks, annual rankings put together by Forbes.

Tashir Group has closed a deal to buy a 90% stake in International Energy Corporation, which operates the Sevan-Hrazdan Cascade, from RusHydro.

Logistic LLC, part of Tashir Group, has won the contract to build the Timiryazevskaya-1 transport hub in Moscow. The company plans to build a multipurpose center as part of the project.

Tashir Medica (part of Tashir Group) and Nearmedic Plus have signed a memorandum of understanding on partnership in healthcare. The partnership will include a number of innovative and strategic projects which will significantly improve the quality and accessibility of healthcare services in Russia.

Tashir Group plans to complete Stage II of the RIO shopping center in Tambov in Q3 2020. The new building will almost double the mall’s total area, bringing it to 58,000 sq.m. and making RIO the largest shopping center in Tambov Province.

Tashir Group is ranked second in the 2020 Kings of Russian Real Estate list put together by Forbes.

This year, Tashir Group continued strengthening its positions in core business areas. The group’s total revenue in 2019 amounted to 181 billion rubles.

On December 5, Tashir Group made an agreement to purchase a stake in International Energy Company (owner of the Sevan-Hrazdan Cascade) from RusHydro subsidiary Hydroinvest. Tashir acquired 527,085 IEC shares for 172.96 million rubles.

The 2019 International Power Grids Forum opened in Moscow on December 3. The annual event hosted by Rosseti is a platform for discussing and resolving the key issues of digital transformation in the power sector.

GASTROPORT, the first and biggest food hall in Sochi, had its opening ceremony on November 23. The new space of 2,000 square meters brought together over 30 different concepts, including some of the best representatives of various ethnic gastronomic traditions. Tashir Group invested 200 million rubles in the project.
