In an interview with Forbes (No. 6, 2021), Karen Karapetyan, first vice-president of Tashir Group, explained how the group is developing its residential real estate business and how in recent years Tashir Estate (part of Tashir Group) became under his leadership one of Russia’s leading developers in the business class segment with sales at 15 billion rubles.

Tashir Group will take part in the 2021 Moscow Urban Forum as general partner.

Tashir Group President and founder Samvel Karapetyan is on the Forbes list of Russia’s 200 richest business people (Issue #5, 2021).

On April 19, the Moscow Construction Oversight Committee commissioned ONYX Deluxe, a premium-class residential complex in southwestern Moscow. The complex was built by Tashir Estate (part of Tashir Group), which is currently ranked as Russia’s fifth largest developer in the business class segment (Forbes, October 29, 2020). Next, the company will start issuing keys to apartment owners. The group has invested a total of 6.5 billion rubles in the project.

Samvel Karapetyan, Tashir Group’s founder and president, has been listed by Forbes among the world’s richest people. The list includes 2,755 billionaires.

FORA BANK (part of Tashir Group) has been ranked 85th in this year’s Russian Banks rankings by Kommersant. The rankings are put together based on key indicators as of January 1, 2021.

An opening ceremony for Stage I of a new RusAgroMarket wholesale and distribution center took place in Novosibirsk on March 19. Tashir Group was the prime contractor on the project. Novosibirsk Governor Andrei Travnikov and RusAgroMarket founders took part in the ceremony.

Tashir Group is designing a new multipurpose center in Moscow at 57 Lyusinovskaya St.

This year, Tashir Group is once again included in the Russian Real Estate Kings rankings put together by Forbes (Issue #2, 2021). The group, founded and led by its President Samvel Karapetyan, is ranked second among Russia’s top renters.

This year, Tashir Group continued strengthening its positions in core business areas and building its portfolio.
