Tashir Group continues to diversify its portfolio and launch new projects in     retail and development. On April 15, the group opened a new project, coworking space Atmosfera in southwestern Moscow. Investments in the project amounted to $3 million.

Samvel Karapetyan, president of the Tashir Group, was included in the Bloomberg Billionaires Index for the first time in his career, joining the league of 500 wealthiest people on the planet.  

Tashir Group is in the final stages of building Leroy Merlin hypermarkets in Petrozavodsk with a total area of 17,000 m2 and in Arkhangelsk with a total area of 16,976 m2. These will be the first Leroy Merlin hypermarkets to be opened in both cities.

Tashir’s proprietary brand, Goood’s House chain of household goods stores, is expanding its geography. This December 20, a new shop was inaugurated in RIO mega mall in Dmitrovskoye Highway, Moscow.

Tashir Group plans to invest some 35 billion roubles into construction of four transport interchanges in Moscow – Seligerskaya, Troparyovo, and Pyatnitskoye Shosse.

Tashir Group has unveiled two new stores of its Take Away chain in Moscow. On December 17, it launched an outlet in the Avenue South-West shopping mall, and on December 24 the RIO mall on Leninsky Avenue is scheduled to welcome its first visitors. The total investment amounted to 60 million roubles.

Tashir Group continues to expand its food retail portfolio with two new projects at its own mall in Moscow—Kvartal restaurant and Le Mélange café cum candy shop.
