Tashir Group has raised funds for the refinancing of the Raikin Plaza shopping centre. The lender is Raiffeisenbank. The sum of the transaction amounts to 170 million US dollars, the loan term is 7 years. Also, the raised funds will be directed to the optimisation of the credit portfolio of the Group and the development of the new projects.

Tashir Group will be the general contractor for the second construction phase of a multifunctional complex of the Moscow Oleg Tabakov Theatre, with a total area of 19 600 square metres.

Tashir Group will erect a new ultra-modern medical building of the Morozov Children City Hospital in Moscow, with a total area of 74,000 square metres, to include underground parking. Currently, the construction is being conducted on the basement floor level, the completion of works and launch are planned for 2016.

Tashir Group enters the Yaroslavl residential real estate market with a 15-hectare development. The project of the Sokolniki comfort class residential complex will include twelve apartment buildings with a total area of more than 270,000 square metres.

Tashir Group will build a multifunctional residential complex, with a total area of 417,445 square metres, near the Skolkovo microdistrict in New Moscow. The new complex will include business-class accommodation, as well as social infrastructure, retail and office space.

Tashir Group has been ranked among the 200 largest private Russian companies in 2014, according to Forbes (Issue No. 127, October 2014). Tashir, with a gross revenue amounting to 105.3 billion for 2013, was ranked 3 positions higher than the previous year, and took the 55th position overall.

Tashir Group will construct the Free Calisthenics and Gymnastics Centre for the young alumni of the Olympic reserve school in the city of Orel. Tashir will undertake construction of the facility at all stages through to commissioning.

Within the framework of a long-term agreement on cooperation between Tashir and the City of Yerevan signed in 2011, the group of companies will be responsible for the entire building of the new Yerevan Circus Cultural Centre in the capital of Armenia. Currently, building works have begun on the basement level on site of the original Yerevan Circus.
